These terms apply to all bookings made with iPilates Limited, trading as Wilmslow Pilates & Wellness Centre, company number 06921925, registered office 30 Hawthorn Street, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5EJ ("we," "us," "our"), for Pilates classes, 1:2:1 sessions, and Sound Ceremonies.
All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Refunds, credits, or transfers are given entirely at our discretion.
If we cancel or are unable to run a class (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a suitable alternative session or a full refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to a class delivered with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As bookings are for a service on a specific date and time, the standard 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply once a class time has been booked, in line with the leisure activities exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We may occasionally need to change instructors, timings, or the format of a class. Where possible, we'll let you know in advance.
Completing our health questionnaire is a required part of becoming a new client — we are unable to accept bookings from anyone who does not provide this information, since it allows us to teach and adapt sessions safely. You are responsible for letting us know if anything changes after your first class. Pilates, like any physical activity, carries some inherent risk, and you take part at your own risk.
Classes are kept deliberately small, with a maximum size of 12 participants.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
